Drawing inspiration from the heritage of the competitive sailing world, as far back as the 50s, the Yacht-Master II took the combination of style and function to a whole new level. A larger 44mm case size housed a number of new innovations from Rolex including a separate 10 minute regatta countdown function with co-ordinated markings on a bold blue ceramic bezel for easier legibility.

First released in 2007 the Yacht-Master II was in production through till 2024. However, It would seem that Rolex have been quietly working on the re-invention of this statement piece as its new evolution has just been released now in 2026 and has drawn some serious attention to all versions past and present from enthusiasts around the world.
